Sukha Somatics Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®
These policies will aid users determine how Sukha Somatics fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Fulfillment Policy
At Sukha Somatics, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Delivery Policy
At Sukha Somatics, we provide in-person group classes, somatic-based therapeutic modalities, and private sessions at 312 N Third St #2, Madison, WI 53704. We also provide those same services online at sukhasomatics.com, bookable through the Momence application.

We review all pertinent information, deliver necessary documentation regarding the agreed dissolution. We deliver our services to clients via electronic, telephonic and in person means pursuant to our client’s requests.

Refunds
Class credits are provided when a client cancels before the start of class or appointment time. Due to our lenient cancellation policy, we do not provide cash refunds. However, we will work to ensure customer satisfaction as best as possible.

Return Policy
This is not applicable.

Cancellation Policy
Clients are free to cancel reservations any time before the service begins. However, they are expected to pay for any work completed up to that point.

How to make a complaint
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you, we ask you to please contact studio@sukhasomatics.com with any concerns. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
